The weather has warmed and spring or even summer is in the air. Retro floral prints have been seen all over the Spring 2018 runways. But if you're a normal person, something about spring and summer makes you wanna bring out the brighter colors and fun prints. Even someone like me who owns a lot of black wants to add something more spring to my wardrobe.
In stores you can see things that mimic the Spring runways. Bright colors, floral patterns that are reminiscent of grandmas’ couches or aunties' wallpaper, and mumus. Floral is something that hasn't ever really gone out of fashion, it’s stagnant and has moments of extreme popularity. You may have recalled my blog post on clothing with roses last year. Florals are always around. In stores they are everywhere, jumpsuits, shirts, pants, even being embroidered on jeans again (my generation probably remembers these from when we were younger).
While my wardrobe is few and far when it comes to spring items, I do own a few things that are my go to spring floral pieces. I like to stick to dark backgrounds with pink/red/orangey florals.
I grabbed a friend and headed out to the local park to shoot a fun spring look book. Take a look. Or keep scrolling if you just want to see pictures and details about the outfits.
