The 20's are back!

It is 2020 ya'll! What a wonderful new year. Last time the 20's were here it was all about short hair, flappers, parties and glitz. This year is going to be just as great. I start a new career, I move to anew city, I get married to an amazing man. This is going to be a year full of new changes. While the new year is for life altering resolutions this year my resolutions are simple.

1. Be and do the things that make you happy.

2. Make time for you passions.

3. Let go of the things that are no longer working for you, friendships, attitudes, etc.

4. Be open to changes.

5. Dress your best everyday.

I'm sure this list will grow and or get shorter as the year goes on. For now I'm starting the new year in some different looks to celebrate all the different styles of me!

Casual "lets just chill for NYE" Look: This look is so me when I want to be cute yet comfortable. I love these high waisted Target jeans. They fit perfectly for my 5'3" self and I don't have to roll the cuffs up. I wanted to dress the casual jeans with a semi-cute shiny top to keep the sparkly feeling of New Years there. I switched out my heels for my metallic slip on loafers and the look is complete.

Tip: High waisted jeans are perfect with crop tops.

Sophisticated Dinner Party: This look is a bit more dressy, which is right up my ally. It is more of a fancy look. I love a long skirt. I have had this one in my closet for a couple of years now. I have worn it a multitude of different ways. I paired this skirt with a fully beaded gray top that I got from a street market shop in India.

Night Out Look: This look is a little more night out look. Leather skirt, and satin can you think of a better fabric combination. The leather skirt has a great texture and a fun zipper on the side. The top is from Target and it comes in a variety of colors.
